| The first dome is a 113m diameter limestone storage facility, and the second is a 90m diameter storage dome for coal that is used in the plant’s coal-fired kiln. |

| The coal dome is attached to a 9m high concrete wall and has a conveyor opening and two 7.5m wide x 6m high access overhead doors.Located on the Mississippi River, the plant has the world’s largest single clinker production line with a capacity of more than 4 mt of clinker per year. The facility employs the most advanced equipment and technology available and polluting emissions will be among the lowest of any cement plant in the world. |
